Problem

Nobody knew where each order was

The ERP held the data, but spread across screens nobody used. Customer service answered by calling the warehouse, delays surfaced only when the customer complained, and real stock was known only after a count. Every enquiry cost minutes and every mistake cost goodwill.

We connected the ERP and the carrier delivery notes into a single panel: every order with its status, warehouse, committed date and risk traffic light. We added automatic alerts when a delivery drifts from its planned date, and a portal where each customer checks and repeats orders without calling.
